MWA is deeply committed to empowering the youth of Waziristan by offering them access to quality education
and sustainable livelihood opportunities to support their families. Under the visionary leadership of Vice Chairman MWA, Haji Jahanzeb Khan Burki and with the generous financial support of fellow tribesmen, the "MWA Apna Rozgar Scheme" was conceptualized to address the challenges faced by unemployed youth who lacked the means to initiate small businesses and secure a livelihood. This initiative involved the procurement of motorbikes equipped with delivery carriage boxes, which were subsequently employed for product deliveries through prominent e-commerce platforms such as BYKEA. Simultaneously, the project facilitated the establishment of approximately 22 diverse businesses, enabling the youth to achieve self-reliance and contribute to the economic prosperity of their families.
